A lot of new places have been opening in Islamabad lately. The newest addition is opened in f7 Markaz opposite flower market. Yes you guessed it right. We are talking about every ones favorite ‘CHIKACHINO’ We are a huge tea lover and were super excited to visit this place. So, last weekend we finally went there. ‘Chikachino’ has an outdoor seating for around 50 to 60 people. You will find it very busy at night and evenings. We found a table like after 15 minutes.  We absolutely loved the easy breezy atmosphere with a warmth of music. We had their ‘oh so karak’ chai with pizza paratha and ‘alo wala paratha’It was beyond our expectations We also had their scrumptious ‘Pakoras’ with chutney. Our food was served to us with in time. ‘Meetha goes to the heart

Shinwari Tikka Karahi Rawalpindi

Image
Team Eat diaries visit to Shinwari Tikka house in Rawalpindi. Location: Kamran Market opposite Jihangir Restaurant. Now by the looks of it was not that appealing but we decided to eat from here to see whats the buzz about. We were amzed by the customer services and the way we were greated by the waitors. We decided to take seats on the roof top to enjoy the weather. We ordered the Namkeen mutton karachi and for our chicken lovers one chicken karahi. It took them 45 minutes to cook our food (as expected) but when arrived it was fresh and  scrumptious. The namkeen karahi had the exact same flavours of what we had at Charsi Tikka Peshawar . Even though people say chicken is not their speciality but the chicken karahi was damn too tasty. Now the cherry on top we were served with the traditonal Peshawri kehwa in the end along with the "GUR". We highly recomend our Pindi boys :D and Namkeen gosht lovers to visit this place. Its

Gaia Japanese Cuisine Lahore ‘You have to taste a culture to understand it’ – Deborah Cater Gaia (ga-ya) Japanese cuisine is the newest eatery opened in Phase V DHA, Lahore. The word ‘Gaia’ in Greek means ‘Goddess of earth’ . We are a passionate foodie and wanted to try something other than the normal food in Lahore. So, we went to this restaurant to try some Japanese food. The interior was really eye catching. The hanging light bulbs and wooden installation took all our attention. It gave a very charismatic feeling. We were introduced to the menu which had several options divided into sections. We have had heard a lot about their rock shrimp tempuras. So without giving a second thought we ordered the same. And guess what? We weren’t disappointed. And oh that ‘creamy sauce’ was cherry on top. We enjoyed every single bite of our food. We have a sweet tooth and like always wanted to explore the MEETHA bit. We tried their ‘New York cheese cake’ from

‘You scream, I scream. We all scream for ice cream’ We all love Ice cream don’t we? If you are looking for an ideal place for ice cream in Karachi then ‘Baloch ice cream at Boat Basin’ is possibly the best thing you will ever try. They serve the best ice cream and faloodas having  basil seeds, fruits, nuts and milk  which will just tantalize your taste buds . Waiters greet you well with the friendly behavior. It’s hard to opt for one item after going through the menu and you would like to order everything! Literally “Everything” as all the items was too tempting. But, obviously you can’t just order each and every thing and have to settle for one. So, we tried their traditional falooda which was outstanding. I was full of nuts, fruits and milk. It was a completely ‘UFF’ It was the best falooda we have ever had anywhere in Pakistan and was worth visiting. We will surely go back! Khyber Charsi Tikka is not only famous in Afghanistan but also in Pakistan for its fine taste and traditional seating on floor. The restaurant is situated in Saddar, Peshawar and has also opened its new branch on the famous university road. Charsi Tikka is a blend of Persian and Afghan cuisines and is famous for its Namkeen Karahi and Patta Tikka’s. 'Deeeee-licious' ‘GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT’ You may have to wait for 45 minutes to one hour for your food as its cooked fresh but you will not regret waiting because the food that they serve is ‘worth the wait’ we repeat 'worth the wait’ ‘We know your mouth is watering just thinking about the place’ What eat diaries likes the most about Charsi Tikka is that at least some one is keeping the culture and traditions alive. You are not given fancy tables and chairs but sit on the floor with Gao Takia’s. ‘Eat with comfort’ The staff is really accommodating and kind. They
